I was previously pleased with the people working the office. They went through some staffing changes and everything turned around. I'm nearing the end of my lease and provided 60 days written notice as stated in the lease, but due to the changes it never got scanned in. The resident portal reflected I owed a full month of rent plus the month to month fee. I spoke to the office about it and I was lucky enough they helped me out. The Montecito apartment complex is definitely a place I would call home. It is a felon-friendly community that gives everyone a fair shot. For the most part, the residents get along, and the neighborhood remains pretty quiet. While there are a few rowdy individuals, the atmosphere is generally peaceful and friendly. When are the police hazard up and down the community is full of all sorts of people it is a felon, friendly apartment community the office they have their challenges but for the most part, they are pretty chill. It’s definitely a place. I would call home as I just signed another two year lease.
