I had the best workout here! The perfect combination of cardio and strength with some delicious stretch as well. The moves are very unique and easy to follow and learn. Music was sexy and motivating and the instructors are top notch. Very caring vibe, they want you to have a great class! Im hooked!
I've taken many, many workout classes. I was visiting Delray from NYC and decided to try TMM. I immediately fell in love and went daily while in FL. The workout goes by quickly, and it's extremely fun. There are so many chain workout studios (Solidcore, etc.); they pale in comparison to TMM. It was so refreshing, and I can't wait to go back the next time I visit family in Delray. Edit to Add: It's basically the same workout as the Tracy Anderson Method.
