The place is horrible.. expensive and their management company are Sorry as well!! They do not replaced anything .. we lived.. our kitchen sink was severely damaged and I have a pic to prove it.. it had been 4 months that manager look at And still until this day it was still have not been repair...My roommate and I have lived Here for 6 years and still got same old crappy refrigerator and stove.. they just don’t fix anything!!!The pool was Infested with ducks and their feces!! The ducks have indeed been an issue, however I think you will find our recent changes to the pool area have made a tremendous difference. I hate to be one of those people but... the apartment I live in is literally falling apart around me and our management sucks! Shower pipes busting which flooded kitchen like a rain Forrest while kitchen lights were on and standing in running water. It blasted tiles off the wall at me after being repaired. Reported smelling sewer gas upstairs that was so bad I got sick showering. Finally got a new toilet that clogged at least every week. No airflow from A/C to upstairs bathroom and was told there’s no insulation up there. Up... read more
Dead squirrels, over filled dog poop bins, rats and exploding showers do I need to say more! RUN. Not to mention the dumpster area that you can’t even step foot in because of broken glass and garbage on the ground. By the way the squirrel was poisoned. Look at the black mouth and the eyes.
