Monica was always very responsive to calls, emails and the occasional text. She provided a list of "Things To Do" for the home purchase, which made the process much less stressful. Monica was flexible about scheduling viewings as well as other appointments. If I had a question, Monica either knew the answer or was resourceful enough to find one, quickly. Throughout the home-buying process, she was very professional, patient and helpful. I will work with her again for future transactions.

We trusted Monica without any hesitations. We live in Canada and our contact with Monica by phone/email. Monica ALWAYS returned our calls or answere the emails within minutes. I highly recommend her and applaud Caldwell Banker and Zillow for having Monica on their teams. when and if our children decide it is time tosell Monica will be their agent of hoice.
