Monica Brewer is great! She is always very quick in scheduling showings of the home which is critically important because we all know the good ones go fast. I had a ton of questions when I was looking for my first home. Monica was able to answer all my questions and was able to refer me to an expert when needed. If you are looking for a knowledgeable agent with a ton of resources Monica is the one.

Monica helped me buy my first house in the US. I'd recommend her to any first-time home buyer. Monica was absolutely fantastic throughout our home buying experience. Monica hung with us. We had a few hic cups. A tree falling on the house -- new roof, then a flood == disaster. BUt she was there. When I first met MOnica I think she was surprised that I picked her as our realtor...but I was not disappointed. I don't know the number of open houses, that was a priority for my husband, Ed. Stenger. I do wish she would have been more forthcoming with an original starting price on the house...we were way too high. I would recommend Monica to anyone buying or selling a house.
