Last weekend I had an appointment to view the apartments waited an hour and the office never opened. Now today I had ANOTHER confirmed appointment and once again, there's no one here. The answering service answers and the rude lady said "well they open at 10 they should be there" and then Hung Up In My Face. I've been sitting here 45 minutes, and once again There's no one here.

Since the start of january I have had issues living in monaco villas. My upstairs neighbors left her water running on accident and it flooded my apartment causing a big hole in my ceiling. The apartment gave me no compensation for damage items, and was in no rush to get the hole fixed in my ceiling.
