I have been here a few times with an all day package and everything is absolutely amazing except for the massage part. I have never had a decent massage from this place. The facials are always on point, it's one of the things I always look forward to. Miss Barbara was so good I started crying during my service because I was just so happy to be there (and also was so stressed from the massage I had just had). I will go back again but probably not with a massage.
Horrendous experience here. Crooks do not go to this place. It's dirty and they have horrible customer service. Jennifer the receptionist cursed at us and gave us the middle finger. She is trash. I cannot believe a business would hire such white trash to represent their business. As we pull up she is smoking cigarettes in the parking lot - no wonder she doesn't answer the phone and than deletes voice messages. I left a message at 11 am and at 5:30 she still never heard it. I have been to Mona Lisa 3 times now and each time has been amazing. The ladies are all very nice and make sure you are comfortable each and every time. Melissa did my massage this past time and was amazing. I went in with severe back pain and left with no pain. Even in bed later that night I was able to sleep without being uncomfortable due to the spasms in my back. I wish I were closer to go more often. For the price you need to try this place. Well worth your money. Can't wait to go again soon!!
I recently went to the spa for my birthday and it was wonderful everyone was absolutely great very peaceful environment even the others that were there enjoying this Spa great make me want to do the full membership really enjoy my day very peaceful
Me and my wife loved the experience we are planning on going back for our anniversary
