A great deal for the money but a little disappointing, needs warm/heated sheets in the massage/facial rooms, because it was freezing the whole time. I also got a manicure and asked for French tip, I was never told there was an uncharge then when I left I had to pay extra money. However, the staff was very professional, just needs a few improvements.
The overall experience was great, very relaxing, except for the music in the nail salon. I expected a calm and relaxing environment the entire time, but the music in there was different from the other rooms, and that took away from the experience.
I was confused on the pricing and what it all included, i.e I thought I could get a manicure with my spa pedicure. The receptionist told me when I booked my appt that it was included so a bit of confusion but overall it was a good experience and looking forward to the package with the massage.
Great massage, I loved the Hot Tub but the table that was used for the facial was cheap, uncomfortable and undid any good that the 1st two treatments accomplished. I have a bad back, I was in so much pain and the muscle spasms were so bad that I had trouble walking out of there after the facial.
My facial was nice. I did not get what I paid for and asked to come back at a later date and the receptionist told me he was going to give me a voucher to come back at a later date and only gave me a.coupon to save 20 percent on my next visit.
It was a truly fantastic and relaxing experience! Thanks for a wonderful Friday !
Very relaxing.... Nice steam room, hydro therapy and couples massage.
I want to give a huge THANK YOU to Victor (Spa Dir.), Gilenid (Full Spec.), Adam (Message Therap.) and Melissa (Message Therap.) who took my wife Michelle and I into their Spa and treated us as if we were royalty but yet family! We had our very first message, facial, hydrotherapy and aromatherapy session at the Mona Lisa and it went way above and beyond our expectations. Best massage I have ever had and the hydrotherapy was amazing! The facial was pretty good. I will definitely be coming back!
