I got a 3 hour spa certificate from my daughters as a gift. To our surprise they are no longer at that location. We received no notification of their closing and no forwarding address or phone number to call. They're listed as the #1 Spa in Jacksonville.
They ripped me off fora $250 gift certificate, the owner Mr. Garrett they don’t except gift certificates anymore
I and my daughter wer given a $150 gift certificate each ($300) for Mother’s Day, called a few weeks ago to Schedule and have since discovered they are closed permanently. What a rip off.
Stay open, stop scamming people, refund money.
I was scheduled for Saturday the 29th with a friend who is coming in from out of town. I received a random email cancelling and I can’t reach anyone I have called and left several messages, and have yet to receive a response. I’ve already paid for my services, and was not even issued a refund. This is ridiculous, I will be contacting my back to see if I can dispute the charges.
RecommendedOn our 1st Spa day ever, we had the best time EVER! From walking into the beautiful designed spa, we felt relaxed, pampered, and catered to our wants completely. Please call for the same feeling👍🏼
the only recommendation I have, would be for the 4hr therapy sessions. allow guest's to keep their clothes in locker the entirety vs hauling totes from room to room.
