RecommendedWe just moved here from living at Mill & Main (another Doran property) for 3 years and even though we’ve been here only 2 months ( and in a pandemic), we feel like we’re home 🥰!! The staff here has been so welcoming and despite these challenging times, they have gone out of their way to make our adjustment totally smooth and easy. Great residents and staff! Beautiful building, with fabulous amenities. Downtown Hopkins is a fun little and growing suburb, with small town and bigger town aspects; great restaurants and bars, a state of the art - art & music venue, antique shops, a movie theater, nice grocery store, even a comedy club, oh and easy freeway access.

Now having lived here for 9 months we continue to be extremely pleased with our decision to move to the Moline. The pool deck was still under construction when we moved in last October and now that it is finished, like everything else, it exceeds expectations. The maintenance of the entire property continues to be excellent and the staff is as friendly and responsive as ever.
Our nephew lives here. We have been to a couple events held here and love the place! What a great place to live. Many great amenities. Roof top patio, etc...
