Brian and his crew did an amazing job when I had a water intrusion / black mold issue. From start to finish they handled everything in a professional timely manner. It was a complicated and drawn out claim but they stuck with it until it was all settled!

Jim was excellent and polite, he came over the same day that we called, ran a quick but thorough test on our home, and promptly got us the results back from the lab a day later. Turns out we had mold in the home that we were unaware of, and thanks to his help we figured out the problem. We would 100% recommend Jim’s service to anyone looking for an inspector, very polite and nice to work with. Thanks Jim! We’ll sleep better at night now knowing our family is safe from infection

I was very pleased with every aspect of my job with the mold guys company! They took care of my situation as quickly as they possibly could obviously mold it's not something you want to take your time with. I was handled very professionally politely and respectfully. I've read a few other comments on this site and I am perplexed. That is absolutely not the experience we had. Had a great experience with the Mold guys. I was recommended to them by one of my customer's from my business. Jim was very professional and was able to get me on his schedule right away. When we got the results back from the testing he emailed me the results and thoroughly explained to me what had to be done by phone.

Jim is a true expert! My wife and I swore up and down we had mold in our home. Getting sick more then normal and it was time to have it looked at. I'm very happy to have found The Mold Guys online. Jim came to our home answered all of our questions and got to work. He even explained what it would like like to treat mold if the results came back positive.
