Had a lovely consultation with Rose today. She was super knowledgeable, friendly and made the process really enjoyable. There was no obligation to buy or order, rather it was about making sure I found the engagement ring style I loved. My partner and I really enjoyed the appointment and I’m sure he will purchase from here when the time comes!

Went into the store to try on rings and other pieces! I had Rose assisting me! She was great at educating me through the process of finding what ring cut and clarity was best for me. She also made the experience feel very personal, intimate and special!
TMC Fine Jewellers made the process of picking out my partner's engagement ring so easy. We worked with April and Mackenzie across 2 appointments and they were both friendly and made us feel like we could ask as many questions as we wanted to. There was also no pressure to put down a deposit on the spot, so we were able to focus on the experience without the awkward money chat looming above us. I truly could not be happier with my experience with TMC Fine Jewellers. Our first appointment with April was so smooth, I felt very listened to and there was zero pressure to buy on the spot - it was clear the priority was making sure I found a ring I loved.
