I've called for months to get the status of my application to be a new patient. They told me that they are only accepting patients over 50. I fit the criteria, I sent in my application, and I have been waiting and waiting for months. I have called multiple times. I have spoken to a live person who said they are behind. I have left message with AI. Yet, I see patients online getting accepted within 3 weeks. Which is fine. But at the very least, with all the calls I've made, I could have been told I wasn't accepted. I never leave negative reviews, but my experience today was disappointing enough that I feel others should know. I had an appointment scheduled for 3:45 PM and arrived early, around 3:30 PM. I waited until 4:00 PM before asking how much longer it would be. Only then was I told that the doctor had an emergency patient and was running about an hour behind.
