Well maintained & great customer service Andria & Ruth both are quick to respond and work on anything we’ve had an issue with. Very professional and organized. Devin the maintenance tech is quick to fix anything we have a problem with and has a friendly demeanor. We enjoy living here and plan on staying here for a long time. Thank you!
great place i have been a resident @ cactus for 2 years so far ! i love living here ! it is a great community building . clean & well kept building . the property manager Andria Antoin is always on the top of things !! very helpful & efficient !!!
Long Term Resident - No reason to move out I've been here over 4 years and have had no issues. I love the lcotion most - so convenient. Nice apt,. Maintenance fast to fix anything I've needed fixed. I plan on staying here for a long time - Have not had any reason to move. It's very quiet and they have security allnight.
Great location and spacious Plans! Considering to move to Palm Springs and we think Modern Cactus might be it for us. We loved our tour and the team was so helpful.
Wonderful Place to Call Home! I lived at The Modern Cactus Apartments for 10 years and I loved it. The mountain views are stunning, and the management staff are very friendly and helpful. I am a single woman and always felt safe at home. The apartments are walking distance to downtown palm springs, and public transportation is available at the front of the building. This is a great place to live! You will not be disappointed ! Ms. L. Breen
GROSS!! FILTHY!! NOT AS ADVERTISED!!!! Advertises "Community Wide WiFi" (NOPE) Parking (NOPE) ... They will however raise the rent on you... GUESS WHOS NOT STAYING LONG?? THIS GUY!! Older Property that is poorly managed The apartments have great floor plans and some have excellent views. The building has really friendly tenants and is very dog friendly. This all comes at a cost. The units are very poorly maintained and this is hard to spot on viewing. Everything is painted including the tubs, sinks and even counters. This all peels and chips within weeks. Do not even go look at the place. Went to go tour this apartment because the pics looked pretty good and once you walk in because it’s an inside apartments with a dark hallway and everyone’s front doors! The smell was so awful, there’s only old men that live here. Did not even feel safe going to visit.
