Fabulous Move-In Experience Daysy and Malik were amazing and I couldn't have had a better experience. Move-in was easy and fast. Apartments are beautiful at the Modern Cactus and the amenities are wonderful!
The Right Place to Be Because at Modern Cactus they have these two young people named Malik and Daysy that were easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable being around them. After Daysy showed the apartment we knew that was the spot for me so we did paperwork for that particular unit and after paper work was done the next thing that came out of Malik's mouth was welcome home...So that made me say to myself, you are right home sweet home. Amazing Tour! The gentleman at this property was very informative and cared about all of needs as a family of 3. We always showed interest in this place but Malik definitely won us over this time!! 10/10

Well maintained & great customer service Andria & Ruth both are quick to respond and work on anything we’ve had an issue with. Very professional and organized. Devin the maintenance tech is quick to fix anything we have a problem with and has a friendly demeanor. We enjoy living here and plan on staying here for a long time. Thank you!
great place i have been a resident @ cactus for 2 years so far ! i love living here ! it is a great community building . clean & well kept building . the property manager Andria Antoin is always on the top of things !! very helpful & efficient !!!
Long Term Resident - No reason to move out I've been here over 4 years and have had no issues. I love the lcotion most - so convenient. Nice apt,. Maintenance fast to fix anything I've needed fixed. I plan on staying here for a long time - Have not had any reason to move. It's very quiet and they have security allnight.
Great location and spacious Plans! Considering to move to Palm Springs and we think Modern Cactus might be it for us. We loved our tour and the team was so helpful.
