Superb kitchen & service, what a stellar restaurant

Bart provided the best service I experienced at any restaurant. The food and drink was amazing, coupled with a great atmosphere. I’m very glad I picked The Modern as our Michelin dining experience for our NYC vacation! We will definitely come back

I loved this restaurant. Everything they serve here is delectable. Scallops were my favorite. Beef tartar, rock shrimp fries and other things were all very good too. Ambiance beautiful although we may have ruined it by having 3 little kids with us.
If you are celebrating ANYTHING this is the place to go. The staff go above and beyond to bring the service over the bar of wild expectation. The food is as visually stunning as it is delicious. The tart flambé and shrimp fritters for a fist course not to miss. The black truffle cavatelli is abundant with shaved beautiful truffles. But please, please do save room for dessert. You’ll be glad you did!
