Showed up for my appointment with Jennifer Hernandez at 3:00, waited until 3:15 and asked how long the wait is going to be. They said 15 more minutes. Being 30 minutes to your own appointment is bonkers, then they asked me if I would reschedule. As if anyone would reschedule with a salon that doesnt care about their customers’ time.

My hair was really dry and damaged before, but thanks to her skills and patience, she completely transformed it into the healthy, defined curls I’ve always wanted. I came in to learn how to better style and care for my wavy hair, and Mari was incredible! She explained every step in detail and helped me understand my hair texture and the right products to use. I also loved chatting with her. she made the whole experience so fun and relaxing. The space itself is adorable, too! I’d happily make the drive from Dallas every time I need a haircut! it’s absolutely worth it.
