Dishonest tactics and refund avoidance.. be very cautious. We had an extremely frustrating experience at The Mobile Company Green Hills, and I want to warn others about the dishonest way this business operates when something goes wrong. We went into the store after seeing positive reviews online and showed the staff our son's new actual iPad, not just told them the model, but physically showed it, to make sure we were getting the right case. They still sold us the wrong one. It was way too big and clearly not the correct fit... read more
