Love the Mk so far! The leasing manager, Ashley is so nice and inviting and got things done in a timely manner. Love the amenities, the cleanliness, and the welcoming environment.
MK has many positive points such as garage parking, soundproofing and management that tries hard to please; however, the floorplan is the worst we have ever lived in.
Long story short - LOVE The MK. Facilities and apartments are clean and nicely upkept. Scheduling an apartment tour was quick, easy, and made even better once I showed up to view the apartment because Ashley is an absolute legend! As someone who has spent much time on the road for both work and leisure it was nice to interact with someone who isn't a walking red flag when deciding on a new "home base." I recently signed a lease at The MK and had a great experience thanks to Ashley in the leasing office. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable when answering any questions my roommate and I had. Ashley made our transition into our new apartment easy. She communicated clearly by always returning calls and following up with us. We truly appreciated her kindness and willingness to help. She is AWESOME!
Do not rent here. I have absolutely loved this community, the building, and obviously the location. Unfortunately, this apartment building has a roach problem that they fail to address. I have had an exterminator in my unit four time now, and each time, they have stated there is no active activity in my unit and the infestation is obviously not coming from my unit.
