I recently signed a lease at The MK and had a great experience thanks to Ashley in the leasing office. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable when answering any questions my roommate and I had. Ashley made our transition into our new apartment easy. She communicated clearly by always returning calls and following up with us. We truly appreciated her kindness and willingness to help. She is AWESOME!

Do not rent here. I have absolutely loved this community, the building, and obviously the location. Unfortunately, this apartment building has a roach problem that they fail to address. I have had an exterminator in my unit four time now, and each time, they have stated there is no active activity in my unit and the infestation is obviously not coming from my unit. We lived at the MK for a year and it was an excellent experience! The front office staff (Ashley, Bailey, & Taryn) were always so pleasant to work with and even so nice just to stop by and say 'hi' when picking up mail. They made us feel at home and were so kind to our pup, Asta. The maintenance supervisors (Avery & Eric) were on top of their game and took great care of the building and were always helpful with a smile when taking care of our apartment. I park my car here for orange theory - on Tuesday I parked and there was no dumpster in sight. Came back an hour later, had to pull this dumpster away from my car and it had left two huge dents. They need to secure the dumpsters so they are not rolling around slamming into and destroying cars on windy days. Seriously like Wtf. Park here at your own risk
