I special ordered 4 dozen "gluten-friendly" peanut butter blossoms and sugar cookie cut-outs for a family gathering. Half of them disappeared within the first half hour- before I could tell anyone they were gluten-friendly. People were shocked! I had to hide a few to make sure I could take some home!
