Anabey was the most exceptional at helping out with our search, we didn’t choose this specific location as our home but even with all changes made and application process the leasing consultant was extremely helpful. The reason I give it three stars is because the place needs a little TLC it was a bit dirty when we did our walkthrough around the complex but the staff is top notch.
Anabey and the maintenance crew are amazing and that is about it. The reason for 3 stars is there are some cleanliness issues that could be better. ( I have revised and given it only one star and that is for Anabey and the responsiveness of the maintenance crew) The common areas of the Broadway Arms building often have a foul odor (some residents let their pets use the hallways as a pet park and restroom) and the building is very dusty internally like the air filters need to be changed more frequently, the extremely small po... read more
I moved into Doria Lofts at The Mix CTR yesterday. And I am very happy with my decision. The team at The Mix Is outstanding. Before making a decision to move here, I visited multiple different places to live. The faculty here has made a huge difference and was a big deciding factor for me. Anabey from the Mix was very informative, patient and kind when assisting us at looking at their Apartment complex. Throughout the day we tried multiple apartments but her being so welcoming and nice really stood out to us. (Yes the apartments are amazing deal too haha). We wanted to give a huge shoutout for making a memorable and her work made us decide to apply here!
I’ve really enjoyed living at Broadway arms. The leasing office staff are always friendly and helpful. The building is well maintained and in a great location. Highly recommend!
