The Mix at CTR City is honestly one of the best apartment communities I have seen in Anaheim. The property is modern, well-maintained, thoughtfully designed, and the amenities are exceptional. The location is also a huge plus on Center Street Promenade, with so many great restaurants, coffee shops, and places to explore nearby. It’s nice, I actually feel somewhat safe considering it being in Anaheim. I give it 3 stars only because maintenance is pretty good and the cleaning in the amenities is great! But.. if you want to live here and have the fire alarms go off at LEASTTT once a week.. annnd during the MIDDLE of the night. Good luck!! It’s ridiculous! There are KIDS in the building!
