The Mix at CTR City is honestly one of the best apartment communities I have seen in Anaheim. The property is modern, well-maintained, thoughtfully designed, and the amenities are exceptional. The location is also a huge plus on Center Street Promenade, with so many great restaurants, coffee shops, and places to explore nearby. It’s nice, I actually feel somewhat safe considering it being in Anaheim. I give it 3 stars only because maintenance is pretty good and the cleaning in the amenities is great! But.. if you want to live here and have the fire alarms go off at LEASTTT once a week.. annnd during the MIDDLE of the night. Good luck!! It’s ridiculous! There are KIDS in the building! I've lived at the Mix for half a year now and overall, the experience is good but can be improved. Staff: 10/10 Cleanliness: 7/10 Community: 10/10 Safety: 9/10 STAFF :) The staff is amazing, 10/10. Anabey was helpful in getting us situated here and the process was seamless. I appreciate her timeliness in answering our questions and getting us settled in. I love this place! So comfortable and beautiful. My neighbors are so nice, and the management team's feedback is very fast and excellent! Update after living here since 2018: If you prefer emphasizing the efficiency of life, safety, and a comfortable management system rather than the free use of individual space, this is the right place. I never worried about the security and home maintenance since living here. I love my place.
