The transition to the new system has a lot of problems, the transition team has a lot of excuses but no answers, and they don't really care how many customers they upset and run off, the transition team keeps telling me what a great job they are doing, My thought would be if they were doing a great job they wouldn't be swamped with phone calls and they would have fixed all the problems with new system before closing out old system.
