A/c stopped blowing cold and it was fixed the same day. Erik in the maintenance department is incredibly and even replaced the air filter without us having to ask. 10/10 for Erik
There have been two separate instances where I’ve been awoken at 2am by people getting arrested right outside my window. The first was the cops banging on somebody’s door for 5 minutes and shouting and demanding that they come out and be put under arrest. The second time was a car chase that ended with cops searching for a man who hiding in the bushes 10 feet away from my bed. Greystar is a giant cash grab. I came here under the old management and they were absolutely amazing. Very helpful, courteous, and punctual. Since Greystar took over they are anything but. They charge luxury prices to "stay competitive" with the surrounding areas but the apartments are not close to this at all. Since they took over rent here has significantly increased for no reason other then they can. Homeless people everywhere that steal and break in to the package rooms and do drugs by the dumpsters. I appreciate the maintenance people at The Missions at Rio Vista. David Santiago came really promptly after and brought me the key for my mailbox. Thank you.
I am giving the apartments 5 star because of the amazing maintenance crew. They are always willing to take care of the issues here. Especially the maintenance guy Eric. He is always willing to help..give advice. He is very reliable. I only mentioned Eric because he is the one that I deal with most of he time. The rest of the maintenance team is great as well. But thank you Eric for all you do for these apartments.
