We had a number of specific requirements for our new house and the overall need for it to feel like a home. Joshua worked patiently through many 'dead-end's' to get us to the new home we loved. His concern was for us to find the perfect house and not just to make a sale.

I had an excellent experience. Josh Guallett from day one was very informative about the home buying process. He was always available to go out looking for homes, and he made sure sellers wouldn't take advantage of me during the negotiation process. He was very transparent about everything. I will hire him 100% when buying my second house.
