My experience at The Charlie has been nothing short of great! Moved in nearly a month ago, and the management is extremely welcoming and enthusiastic. Quiet neighborhood and great living space that has given me everything I was looking for!
Signed my lease today and Zayda and Annalise were very nice and helpful.The area is nice and quiet.Looking forward to fixing my place up in peace😌♥️
I lived here for 3 years. You get what you pay for. The gates have never worked, in management's defense every time they fixed the gate box someone would destroy it. Randos walk through the complex all the time, small humans and kids be aware. Management turnover is high, expect new staff twice a year. Maintenance is great, they stay the same even when management changes. Maintenance will fix your issue day of or soon after.
