I moved here in 2022 and have experienced several different management teams. I do not visit the office often, but the new management team genuinely cares about the tenants. There may be things we agree or disagree on, but what matters is listening, understanding, and finding a fair solution. I’m especially grateful to Mae for helping resolve a misunderstanding quickly, effectively, and reasonably. Her professionalism and genuine care made a big difference. Thank you, Mae, and the entire management team.
Do not move here. I am still waiting for an email from three months ago to be responded to. They charge for everything my Mailbox was broken the entire time I lived there I put in a maintenance request and the guy didn’t even fix it. It got to the point where I was buying tools to fix it myself. The reviews are fake. They give you a credit off your rent to leave a five star review. I was greatly appreciated by your staff mae & deja They had very good communication skills and they treated me with kindness, professionalism and I felt very welcomed the entire time I was there.
