Poorly maintained property with a lot of pests on the outside and roaches in the apartments. The exterminator needs to be called to disinfect everything. Yesterday I saw a frog on the footpath.

The comment about gunshots are true, I heard it at night a few weeks ago. Even if they have a background check, clearly they allow criminal elements to live here. No residents can't take our advice and call the police everytime, its not a permanent solution to a recurring problem and it starts with you allowing them to reside here and not removing people that bring problems to the community. They really do just let anybody live here still. 2nd time within a month that gunshots go off in the apartment complex and nobody reports shit because they are scared. Response: right right "stringent" requirements, and that's why police cars are parked in the back near the trash cans every now and then. The fact that you dont even hold people accountable for something as simple as picking up their dogs shit, or maintaining only the leasing side of the complex, tells me how "stringent" you are on everything else.
