Great place, everyone is so friendly and nice! Loved it there, would defiantly go back! Food was incredible! Best in Vegas !
On arrival our door lock was broken. The repair team was sent up at once but we were transferred to another room instead of waiting. That was wonderful thoughtful customer service.
The shows are outstanding, the pool environment is great fun. The property is maintained in high standards. The staff is warm, friendly and helpful. The rooms are always exceptionally clean, updated and in perfect working order.
The buffet was the most disgusting thing! Cold food, no taste, service was wonderful though... I would never spend that money on this buffet! It should be on freemont street for 9.99 a person.
Brilliant location on the strip, very friendly & helpful staff, the pool & surrounding area also very nice. Can't wait to go back!
Because they would rather grab at money they don’t need than care about their customers. They will not refund me even though March Madness is canceled. Disgusting
You get 1 star because I can't puke.....dolphin murderer....keeping dolphins in the desert captive and sick.....how many billions do you Winn / Year....and still need tu get cheep money with pour animals...greed will eat your soul......what did you done for humanity....nothing.....you are e good example for false moral as a company...

The secret Garden was very nice, My wife and I enjoyed the Dolphin Habitat show and seeing the white tigers
