Due to your captive dolphins and the shows, I'm canceling my reservation and rebooking elsewhere. No thanks. And it won't be with another MGM property. What a shame.
Over priced everything. Poor customer service. Front desk n head cashier is a joke. WiFi 1GB is a joke which requires u to re log in every 2 hours unless u pay $39.95 per day for a meesley 2GB speed. REALLY you call yourself a covention hotel. Next year 16, 000 of our VEMMA family will be over at the MGM which is also owned by the same corp hope its better. go to Vegas one to two times a year. always visit the mirage. Just booked a room for June 1-5th.never have stayed here but can't wait to stay.
