I go to Vegas several times a year, and no longer go to the mirage after finding out they keep intelligent dolphins confined in a bath tub. It's Vegas, entertainment capital of the world, and this is the best they can do? What a shame.
Open your eyes, why are you supporting the slaughter of dolphins on taiji? ?? Having dolphins in captivity directly supports it. Watch the Cove. I will boycott the mirage until you release those poor dolphins! !#
Stayed at the Mirage for 2 nights with my cousins and we had an amazing time while we were there in Vegas.
It is time to evolve and stop aniimal slavery for the entertainment of ignorant human beings. They do not belong in your death pool, and if you keep it up, expect your hotel name to get dragged through the mud as much as Seaworld is now being... your choice!
By far the BEST in Vegas! Love the vibe, the rooms, the food, the pools, the people, the entertainment options, the slots and the poker room!!!!
As long as the Mirage condones in this practice with dolphins I will never again step foot in or support them or their sister companies until they seize all actions and forms of entertainment using dolphins. Confining them also condones all the other despicable corrupt industries who hunt, kill, capture, train and transport dolphins and whales to a life of confinement. Leading to somewhere like the Mirage.
The Mirage is a beautiful hotel but lets itself down badly with it's cramped "Zoo". The animals have very little space and the dolphins are in small pools in direct sunlight. The Mirage should find good homes for the animals and look into the possibility of releasing or rehoming the dolphins to a far more suitable environment.
Please release your dolphins they don't belong there I will never step foot in your place untill your dolphins are no longer there. They have no shade and are unhappy your supporting the dolphin slaughter. If you love animals you will turn loose your slaves. Booooo on you
