Spent four nights at this wonderful hotel! Service staff were all very friendly & helpful. Rooms very nice. Celebrating a 30th birthday & ate at the newly opened Heritage Steakhouse. Caesar and the rest of the staff did a great job. Highly recommend the Filets, delicious! The cake they brought in was awesome. Thank you for a great time! Can't wait to return!
Perhaps let customers know before signing in that any incidental charges that are put on their credit card or cashpassport card as a security will not be put back for at least a month, not "straight away" as we were told. Not happy and still waiting a month later! Does every hotel have this policy?

BEEN years since I have play'd there. Last I remember was a dark casino w/ rows and rows of desktop/slant-top slots.... I Wanna Check It Out Again!!!
It needs an update! Looking pretty worn out!
I'm starting to get really tired of the bait and switch at MGM properties. This is the 3rd time in a year I didn't get the suite or room I paid for. Basically downgraded with no compensation or excuse. I love everything else about MGM... Casino, poker room, clubs, pools, restaurants, etc... But I'm wanting to stay less and less. =/
