RecommendedGreat place to stay. Go to the Pantry restaurant to eat. They have the best food and service. Can’t wait to go back.

My wife and I had our first trip to Las Vegas, we stayed at the mirage and had a terrible experience. We booked a room facing the volcano and paid extra for it, we got to the hotel at 6 and the room was not ready. We returned to the front desk after 2 hours to be told they have to put us in a basic room facing the highway and did not change the price of the room. On top of this we made a reservation at a restaurant and still had to wait 50 minutes to be seated. I do not recommend staying here the staff was rude and inconside... read more
So bad customer service here, worst experience ever in vegas. No point in making reservations that are honored at their convenience only, never again stay at this casino

We had a great time. the rooms are spacious and comfy.
The hotel is absolutely beautiful! The rooms are very comfortable and neat, (no coffee makers, no refrigerator though) Well located on the strip, and all the staff are friendly, excepcional customer service.
