They have an Amazing Staff here at the Mint!!!!!!!
Moved into The Mint in January 2016 and have enjoyed the location, views and the excellent service from the staff. Brittany D. always greets us with a smile when we use the main entrance/lobby and the maintenance staff is always available. Any problem has been addressed in short order as ongoing adjustments are expected with a new building. I door hear noise from above apartment but not from adjacent units. Pet friendly and very convenient to all Uptown activities.
You can't find a better location in uptown Charlotte! The amenities are great and the building well attended. The office staff are super friendly. Brittany Duvall is always there with a friendly greeting and answers to any questions. We love it!
I’ve lived at the Mint since February and the location couldn’t be better! The community hosts many fun resident events a month that give you a chance to mingle and meet your neighbors. As soon as you walk in the leasing office you are greeted by a smiling leasing consultant, Brittany Duvall, who is always friendly and helpful with your needs. Our AC in our apartment went out on a Saturday afternoon and Jose with maintenance was there within the hour to keep us cool with a portable AC unit until it could be fixed!
