I love TMC and the folks who run it! They have a great variety of classes with very knowledgeable instructors!
I love The Mindfulness Center. When I walk in it is like a breath of fresh air. The classes, workshops, retreats, teachers and community are wonderful and so inspirational. I am doing the yoga and meditation teacher training and my life has been changed in such a positive way. I'm so thankful that I was lead to this wonderful place!
What a wonderful place to find your own path to a healthier you - be it physical, mental, or spiritual. Jessie's yoga class is one of the best in the area and there is a beautiful sense of community and acceptance there.
I have been an intern at The Mindfulness Center for the past few months. I greatly enjoyed my time getting to know all of the practitioners, and employees at TMC. They are all very welcoming and truly care about helping others. I would recommend TMC to anyone that is interested in deepening their understanding in their personal well-being and mindfulness.
The Mindfulness Center (TMC) has been such an incredibly warm and welcoming environment for me over the past few months. As an intern, I have learned so much about the importance of incorporating mindfulness into my daily life. I am so grateful to have met such a wonderful group of people, so passionate about embracing a holistic lifestyle. I will always consider TMC my second home!
