KENDALL HAS DONE AMAZING THINGS FOR MY 11YR OLD SON WHO HAS OPPOSITIONAL DEFIANT DISORDER. HE HAS HELPED ME HOLD HIM ACCOUNTABLE.
My son's counselor has no concept of time. She either doesn't show up or shows up late. When confronted, she always had a lame excuse. I called Kendall twice to reported this. During the first call, he asked me what did I want him to do. I wanted him to have her be more considerate of appointment times. He never called me back when he said he would. Very knowledgeable!
Scheduled our appointment at the same time as someone else. His approach is too rough especially with children of young ages. I would never go back and never recommend.
