I went to Nazrin a few years ago, she was helpful when I was a child then when I hit 18 no notice nothing she just dropped me and I could only talk to the rude receptionist. I was left without my prescriptions, no referrals or anything just dropped. You are just a number to these people.

Rubin, the receptionists was the rudest human I have ever encountered in my life. He took my tears and frustrations towards a broken system so personally. I was so desperately seeking help for my 14 yr child and this man questioned the legitimacy of my sole custody, questioned my frustrations, continuously harping on about a mistake on the referral that was made by my doctor, picked my words apart and accused me of saying things, and lacked the empathy you would hope to see and hear from a psychiatrist office.
