A little on the pricey side but you get what you pay for!!
Lived here when it was Milton and now it’s Majestic since August. A lot of changes. The worst is the maintenance crew. They are so young and in my opinion, seem lost and don’t know what they are doing. Don’t feel comfortable letting them in my apartment. We miss Karl. That guy knew exactly what to do. The maintence manager now thinks he knows everything and walks around like he owns the place. I have so many things that need to be fixed, but I am skeptical since they don’t know what they are doing. I hope this improves. Also... read more

After I had moved out, these people sent a random $276 to collections WITHOUT contacting me about whatsoever. I received no emails, no phone calls, nothing. The Milton had all this information on file in order to contact me yet didn’t. The first time I heard about owing The Mil’ton this money was when I had received a letter from IQ Data International, a debt collection agency. How is this even possible? Why not call me first or send me a letter to settle this before sending me to collections? Extremely shady..
