This is by far one of the most disappointing living experiences I’ve had at Majestic Luxury Apartments. Since TLC took over, this property has completely fallen apart. What used to feel like a true “luxury” community now feels neglected, dirty, and poorly managed. I genuinely regret living here. Let’s be clear: this is NOT a luxury property anymore. Maintenance team always does a great job! Our carpet was buckling a bit and looking worn, Majestic had an outside company come in and they stretched it out as well as a complete shampoo. Looks good as new!
Have been living here for few years, want to write a review after management team change. Pros: 1. The rentcafe new management is using does not charging too much extra useless fees as the previous Bilt did 2. The mailroom seems more organized than previous 3. Honestly I think the new management team are nicer than previous Milton Cons: 1. The apartment common area are noticeably dirtier and messier than previous 2. The overall look of the neighborhood does not look as Luxury as before 3. My noise complaints seem not handled... read more
