Shelby was our agent for selling our house. She advised that we could get significantly more with renovations, and we decided to follow her advice. She found an excellent handyman who fixed a lot of problems, as well as flooring, carpeting and painting companies. Basically, she knew everything there was to do and how to get it done and did a lot of the arranging.
