As it relates to the physical aspect of the apartments I would say these are great. But when it comes to dealing with management, it often feels draining to get help on a request. Often times mistakes on their end happen over and over again. Some of the managers live in the building and they are not very hospitable when you see them in public.
If you submit lab-tested evidence of mold & offer sixty days’ notice to move out of their moldy apartment, like you are supposed to do... expect to get hit by collections from “Jennifer McCoy” who is an out of state attorney that isn’t even licensed to practice collections in the state of Tennessee. Absolute sham. I cannot wait to present this information to Honorable Judge of the General Sessions Court.
