I got a tour of this facility by Maggie, she answered all my questions and was very sweet throughout the entire tour, giving me a sense of what it would be to live there. The place is great, i loved the fixtures/floorplans. Ultimately opted for a place with more green space but if you dont need that, this is a great spot!
Dylan, the maintenance tech, is amazing! He fixed all the small issues my apartment was having and carefully explained everything to me. Super easy!
Dylan has been friendly and efficient for all service requests. The building does a good job with communication, maintenance upkeep and ~monthly community events including free meals.
(This review is strictly in regards to my tour and not the experience of actually living here.) Katie provided a fantastic tour, answering all of my many questions with enthusiasm, humor when appropriate, and just a generally pleasant energy to be around. She was extremely knowledgeable about everything on the property and I encourage anyone who is thinking of moving here to first tour with Katie.
