Pool has been closed for well over a year while management gaslights all of the residents about completion timeline just to convince you to stay. There is still no completion timeline of the pool which is one of the advertised amenities! Do not sign a lease here, there is no compensation offers and it is run by a predatory management company with no consideration for its residents. There are pending lawsuits against this company. This place deserves to die how the rest of Rainey street already is.
Update as of May 2025, still no pool 1.5 years into living here. It’s comical at this point. After setting expectations for a grand opening of the pool by May 1, which came and went with no news, we’ve just been informed that it will still not be ready til at least Labor Day 2025. Nearly 2 years of extensively delayed construction. Seriously, don’t get suckered into a lease with them promising you it will open in the future because we’re still waiting.
