The counter person was rude and told us they could cut 2x4's. When we went to the back to look at various wood for shelving we were met by another person, who was very helpful unlike the people at the front counter, he informed us that they don't have a saw to cut wood. We decided to go back to Schmidbauer and purchase our wood and supplies for our shelving as they were more customer friendly and knowledgeable.
I had ordered some composite decking thru another local company that does not need to be mentioned....3 weeks later they did not have my decking after I had called 1 week ago to confirm they had. I called Mill Yard & they had the color I wanted in stock....they were more than a 3rd local company but I did not mind paying a little more to get the color I wanted.
