Meatloaf Wellington. Incredible! The mussels are the best. Either alone is worth the drive from Tampa.
My husband and I stopped in for lunch after I had followed this restaurant on Instagram for some time. It's a wonderful Decor inside relaxed, chic upscale but not pretentious at all. Everyone is extremely friendly. A relaxed atmosphere with outstanding and very unique menu items. We will return for dinner in the future as well!
Sunday Brunch with the girls was soooo good. I was a little skeptical since it was my first time there. We had the watermelon bruschetta, such a fresh appeitizer, which complimented our Strawberry Banana Gin Bellini (not actual drink name) perfectly. The atmosphere was great. Amazing little downtown spot. The cocktails were perfectly blended. The watermelon brushetta was out of bounds good. Pork cheek was super tender and full of flavor.
Food was good and the ambiance is nice too. Had lunch there. My one complaint would be the lack of gluten free options. I wanted a burger but they don't offer gluten free buns. Something for management to conside.
Brandon location served up a masterpiece. Looking forward to our next visit.
Showed up at 6:25, was told without reservation it would be 30-35 minutes. We decided to wait they took our number and would send us a text when ready. As we sat there with our toddler and waited, after 40 minutes I asked about what the status was. Told them our name and the hostess said he just sat someone with our name, we received no text message saying that our table was ready and they up and handed our table to someone else. Just got back from the new Brandon location. I was going to give The Mill a 3 or 4 star rating but after sitting in the chair I was sitting in for over an hour, right at the end of the meal, my chair broke, the wood snapped, and I fell on my butt in front of the entire restaurant. I am not that big of a guy and it was more than a little embarrassing to say the least since it was a loud noise and everyone stopped and stared. The Mill restaurant from Brandon is so waaay above our expectations , it is in a category all of its own . We don't even know what to look at and how to comprehend the intricacy and complexity of its design .
