It's easy to get lured in by the cheap rent and #rustic looks, but it's not worth it. This place was converted from industrial to housing in the cheapest way possible, and as a result there is ZERO sound insulation. You will hear, at full volume, every single word your neighbors say, and they will hear you too. Some of the bedroom walls don't go all the way up to the ceiling, almost like restroom stall walls. Miss Vonda Is GREAT!! Very polite & always clean!!!
So I stay at the mills, I love it mostly because it feels like home. The rent staff are excellent! Maintenance arrives on time and with a no nonsense attitude. I don’t have issues often but when I do they’re resolved promptly and efficiently. The other tenants are quiet, it’s as if no one is even there. I absolutely adore this place.
