Been living at the Milano for almost a year and the experience iv'e had so far has been great! Spacious studio apartments for the price (trust me I looked for a while in the downtown area before here).The building is always kept clean and the maintenance of the apartments are handled quick thanks to Sky and his crew. I also don't think there's a better property manager in town better then Mikayla. So kind and friendly and if you got any issues, she will be on top of it in a heartbeat! Keep up the great work!! Really nice it's got that home got a good environment with the workout room community room everything you'd want and the staff of really great
Living here 4 months now and no issues, quiet place and pet friendly, Ian the property manager and Will, the maintenance guy are really laid back on certain things
After living here for 6 months i can safely say this is the nicest building I have lived in. The people, location, and staff are all absolutely incredible. Lisa the property manager will go above and beyond for all residents (human or animal). A lot of past reviews complain about security, but the people they have put in place (and the multiple scanners they've installed) have made this place feel like the safest spot in the city.
