10/9/23 - Called Mulholland Team and spoke with Stef Fehrle 10/10/23 - Met with John Port and talked strategy. 10/19-21/23 - House listed and open house sessions scheduled. 10/22/23 - Me reviewing bids. (Yeah me!) 10/23/23 - House SOLD! (Yeah John and Stef and me!) 12/28/23 - Me moving. I pushed move date to accommodate a cruise and holidays, which my buyers agreed to. 1/04/24 - Settlement.
