We went here for the first time yesterday and will be back when we're in Provo! We tried a macaron, "Oreo" cookie, sugar cookie, strawberry eclair, and a cheesecake. Everything was delicious! Happily, they used real whipped cream in their eclair rather than the Bavarian cream other places use. Also, they use Italian Buttercream, which is less sweet than other frostings, on/in their cookies and cakes. So delicious!!!!
I was site seeing and happened in the bakery by accident. Thank goodness. I had a ham a pepperjack brioche that was mouthwatering. And then got a snickerdoodle for later. It was the only cookie my mom made for us kids. And, it did NOT disappoint.
Cheesecake looked really pretty but it was a soggy mess �. Maybe it was my fault for going in late afternoon maybe it's not soggy when it's fresh?? One of the cheesecakes I bought was original it tasted like fluffy scrambled eggs that were really sweet with a soggy crust. The other one I got was a lemon cheesecake the cheesecake was more firm but again crust was soggy. So the best parts on them were the berries.
Best molasses cookies on the planet! He says it's his grandma's recipe.
This place is absolutely seriously delicious....love their molasses cookies!!
Pete is talented beyond measure and a pleasure to work with! Plus his food is amazing!
