It looks like they have good products, although now that I am reading reviews I worry about the quality. I tried to open an account. This was by far one of the most frustrating experiences I have had. When a company has such low tech capabilities, it is cause for worry. Why not hire tech people to create a good experience for potential customers. I am reading the other reviews before I try again to order, although it seems they don't want new customers. Beware.

I use the lavender bath bombs and they are outstandingly lucious in every way. I've never used a finer bath bomb and I've tried many. These are all natural,top quality, and excellent value.

I purchased 100 pounds of Coarse grain Dead Sea Salt from Midwest Sea Salt Company as part of their Black Friday, 2018 sale. When the product was delivered and we began working with it (adding scent), we noticed a large amount of fine powder mixed in with the Dead Sea Salt. I began sifting to separate the Dead Sea salt from the powder. When I finished sifting I had approx. 33% fine powder and 66% Dead Sea salt. This is a company with a bad attitude towards its customers. They never return phone calls and run you around. Their products are what they are, and looking around we have found the same products actually cheaper and with free shipping. If you like being treat second rate and like to have very little knowledge about the products you are buying...then this is a great company for you. As for me, I will never spend another penny with these grubs again.

If I could give a zero, that is what they deserve. There was a problem with the order, customer service ignored me and refused to respond. I had to get an outside party involved to get a response. The response I received not only never answered the issue or my questions, but instead the owner diverted his focus to insulting me. He took no responsibility for the errors his company made.
