4 hours in an empty emergency room and still haven’t been seen. Every other patient has walked out. Bad luck if your in need of help

Sitting at emergency department at present, as expected a long wait but I have to compliment all staff particularly receptionist Kristy Her ability to work under pressure and remain polite, professional and happy is amazing

We had a fast quick experience. Son taken quickly to paediatrics ward and was seen by dr jed who was caring and kind

Sitting here for two hours because my son has a very painful foot and cannot walk on it at all. I have seen it all now. A lady just worked with her child because her child's foot was hurting, but she was walking on it with no problem. My son is in a wheelchair because he can not work, and here's the news flash: Grandma walks in with her granddaughter because she is a nurse here, and she gets her granddaughter seen to within 15 minutes, and we have all been sitting here for several hours. That is so wrong!

Was very impressed with the staff as professional & CARING! Waiting time & procedure are always expected to be unexpected in healthcare circumstances but it was very clear that this hospital does its very best to help as many people as priority possible. Special mention to Jomi in ER & the giggle twins (as my husband called them) from short stay for their graciousness!
