Saturday Feb 14th I brought to the office attention of garbage sitting in front of an apt in my area ... They said that pick was not till Sunday Night and that they would call resident and have them take it to the dumpster. Well as of Sunday morning this had not happened and a bag has been added ... Seems they spend money on rat baits to rid the property of the rats but on the other hand feed them .... As I pointed out this is actually food for any species of wild critters ..
