I have lived at Kensington West for 4.5 years and absolutely love the community. I have met some amazing people here that I would call my family. With the monthly events for residents (Christmas is my favorite since my kids get to see Santa) and the amazing staff I intend to stay put as long as possible. This is the worst customer service we have ever experienced. Our son has been to the doctor 4 times, I’ve now gone 4 times, spending over $1000 in medical bills due to the cigarette smoke issue on our apartment, mostly residing in my children’s room! We have received ZERO, I repeat, ZERO, help from anyone other than Missy in the office if Kensington West who tells us there’s nothing that can be done due to the people with health issues not being on the lease! They are the owners of Preston Run Apartments in Goodlettsville, TN. My wife and I are new residents there and absolutely love our new community! You all have a very special place at Preston Run. We wanted you and everyone else who reads this to know. They do a great job and keep the apartments looking and running great!
I have lived here for almost a year and I love it. The respond to my request quickly whether it is inside the apartment or and issue outside the building. It is always resolved within 24 hours. The staff if very courteous and is always on a first name basis.
I have lived in the Evans, Ga residence for the past 6 years. It has been a great experience with positive and responsive interaction with the management staff here. This presently is a wonderful, compassionate and caring team!! Glad to be a resident here!
Carrington Apartments in Tennessee is a wonderful place to live. There is excellent response for any issues when needed. The pool, trainer, and car washes are all part of our rent. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Everyone here is great!
Walden Crossing Located in Canton, GA ia a wonderful community. I have lived here for over three years and just signed another two year lease. This is a peaceful community with lots of privacy and beautiful views of distant mountains. The grounds are nicely manicured. The staff is polite and professional. Maintenance requests are handled efficiently. I'm spoiled!!
