Michael was very helpful when I first got my mortgage and he got me the best rate I could find. When I looked into refinancing, he was incredibly helpful in walking through everything, providing detailed numbers, providing amortization schedules for an array of scenarios, and basically gaining a much better understanding of the whole process and financial impacts. Very transparent and honest!
