To anyone that is considering buying a new home or using this Team, specifically Nick Slattery, DON'T. On Friday, my realtor presented an offer for a house and it was accepted, on Friday. However, Nick was too lazy and "too busy" to have the owners sign it, so then Sunday a new offer came in and it was accepted.
