The hotel is clean. The common areas are superior in design. The room is annoying. The sink is about an inch or two deep. They prioritized style over function within the room. The toilet is in a stall by itself with no sink and no fan, or exhaust in the ceiling. Therefore, another party within the room may hear you do business while sitting on the toilet. My overall experience with the hotel was satisfactory; however, the breakfast was disappointing. I am uncertain as to the reasons behind the hotel’s pricing, as charging $63 for orange juice, hot chocolate, and two fried eggs is excessive. If you value your money. The final part of the story involves informing the front desk that the service is unsatisfactory, to which they respond with a generic apology. This a great hotel to go on a romantic getaway or with you family. Rooms are beautiful and clean. The housekeeping was perfect so especial Thank You to María, I believed she is the new manager and she is doing great things, like delicious free coffee and iced tea and cookies. Diana at the Market is also very attentive. We will be back for sure
